Stcaey Louise Bootcamp


I knew I needed to make some changes to my lifestyle for the long term, to move more and eat more of the right foods to fuel my body. I had to change from the inside out. I knew that I needed to start with my mindset.

When learned to adopt the Military mindset, I stopped being the ‘victim’ and stopped blaming my situation, and I started to FIGHT BACK with fitness as my weapon! I started to take control of my life, and I started to change my LIFE for GOOD!


NOW I am bringing the system that I know REALLY WORKS, to you with my Military BOOTCAMP program!

“What a difference 5 months make. Late last year I was so unfit I could barely walk 500 metres without being puffed. Today I completed Summit survivor – 5 kms, 36 obstacles and I actually got through the course very easily and even had a fair bit left in the tank. Thank u so much Stacey Louise for making me get of the couch, you have really changed my life. If you suffer from lack of energy, lack of motivation, anxiety, depression, negative thinking, poor self image or lack of confidence, then you are NOT alone! I know these feelings all too well! What you see on the outside is usually just a reflection of what is going on inside. I remember days when I couldn’t get out of bed because I was so depressed to face the world.  Now I want to share the training that helped me gain control of my life and start crawling out of the darkness to feel fit, sexy, happy and healthy from the inside out, so that you can too!


Whether you are training outdoors as the sun rises with friends, or in your own lounge room on your own, all you have to do is put your uniform and MYZONE tracking belt next to the bed, throw it over your head and JUST DO IT!


To be healthy and fit, you need to surround yourself with the right people who are going to support you to reach your goals.
